The two stages of recruitment and selection I choose are job advertisement and job specification.

Job advertisements can help get the word out about the vacancy available. It can get people who are more skilled than the existing workers, which can in turn improve quality. However, job advertisements can be costly to the business in order to find quality workers, which can lead to less attention to other expenses.

Job specification can help candidates see if they are qualified enough for the position, which can help save time. It also provides details for job advertisement which can also save time when working on the advertisements.

In conclusion, I think job advertisement is more important because it can get higher quality workers which can improve customer satisfaction.
