job enrichment means giving employees a more interesting and challenging task to do. By this way employees feel more job satisfied and loyal to the business. Moreover, the 60 employees will work more efficiently and may lead to higher productivity. However, applying job enrichment on employees who are lazy, may not carry out the task properly and may delay the production too. This will affect the service given in the sports club leading to loss of brand image and reputation
whereas, profit sharing is the process of sharing a proportion of profit generated to the employees. through this way employees would be more motivated as they will work more effectively to generate more profit leading to higher productivity, more team work and better service of sports given out leading to more customer attraction. however if the company looses to earn more profit then employees may feel demotivated and may lead to labour turnover. this will increase cost as it will be diificult to find gym trainers or yoga trainers. futher cost will add up for training as well
