Version 3
4.0 Operations Management
4.3 Achieving Quality Production

YOUR ANSWER
I think it is better to use quality control rather than quality assurance for large manufactoring company like BCZ, because quality assurance relies on employees, which means the worker should be well trained and that cost costs of money to train all wokers in large manufactoring business. Quality control require less training than quality assurance, because the task is more simple, quality is chcked at the end of the production and if faults are found out, just throw away that entire batch. Therefore, for large manufactoring business like BCZ, it is better to use quality control rather than quality assurance.
