It will be important because RGP will need to know what areas customers are unsatisfied with so RGP will be able to make those changes in the new hotel being opened with 200 rooms.

Effective communication between customers and employees is important as it will increase RGP's business image. When the 300 new employees being recruited go through their 6 weeks of induction training, they will be trained enough to show customers around, which would lead to customer loyalty and an increased business image.
