EGT could improve the skills of employee, so that they will be more productive. However, this may require cost as employees may have to attend training. EGT may also replace the old machines with new ones, as such, it will not need additional space and employees will be familiar with the machines. This may be the best way as EGT will not need to worry that employees may leave after being trained because of low motivation.
