While yes, trying to improve and maintain the environment could be costly, there are always brighter sides to the picture, say if the brand image is made to be 'environmentally friendly' more customers will be attracted to the business, for a business with 150 cafe's, sales could increase as the cafe will be more in reach, and the reputation would peruse customers to take the better option. furthermore lead to higher profits
secondly it would bring attention to the business, giving it another way to promote their business this could bring in more customers, which can allow them to expand their business further and allow them to reach their goal of increasing 6% market share.
despite all this it can be costly to do so, reducing coal, letting other employees to adjust to the change, possibly choose a more expensive option.
