EQR could increase the selling price and leave the cost of manufacturing the same, customers could see the products as good quality with high costs so if they buy with that cost then the profit will increase.
EQR could decrease the manufacturing price and make the selling price the same, this would also increase the profit but the quality of the products would decrease since the company will buy cheaper materials.
