Profit sharing allows the company that operates its sports clubs to motivate its employees by getting more money over their basic pay which increases their motivation, while job enrichment allows the 60 employees to feel motivated because they feel more committed to the job since they have other tasks. In my opinion, i recommend using job enrichment since the company will be able to gain more sales by keeping their profits and also getting more revenue by motivated employees. and i dont recommend profit sharing because if the company doesnt gain profits then they wont be able to give the employees money which will cause demotivation which will lead to less revenue.
