Job enrichment involves businesses and employees to work and do additional works given by the business as they are reconginised whereas,profit sharing is where a business shares its profit with its employees. job enrichment would motivate the employees more as they are recieving the work beause they are skilled and responsible and would want the employees to work harder so he receives recognition by the business and profitsharingwould motivate the employee also as they are recieving a peice of the businesses profit bur cpk's business has had a reduce in profit margins so, if the business go into loss they cant pay the employees which can demotivate them very much so effieciency alo reduces whereas job enrichment for employees would help them gain confidence and mtivation and want them to work harder and its a non financial rewards so it helps the business have a lot of motivated and h effiecient employees without having to pay for them.
