1.3 Enterprise, Business Growth and Size

YOUR ANSWER
Yes. Being creative as an entrepreneur means he or she is able to generate new ideas and solutions from old ones to improve the productivity and efficiency of the business, as well as increase the perceived value of products. Hence, resulting in a potential increment in sales earned. However, imagine an entrepreneur who is said to be a creative one without having the confidence to implement these new ideas or take a step forward, will not result in a good success of the entrepreneur. As it is, being a risk taker means you are able to make decisions out of creativeness even though there are zero chances of them succeeding and it is better to try and fail than not try at all. Hence, this will allow an entrepreneur to earn the trust of employees as they know he or she would always strive to make a move. Overall, I think being a risk taker is an important characteristics, because if one is creative, and does not have what it takes to showcase his or her ideas then what next.
