YOUR ANSWER

Yes, the ways technology has changed does benefit all employees, as employee motivation improves due to technology completing boring, routine tasks, so employees can focus on more difficult tasks, which may help them feel important. Additionally, the use of technology may require skilled workers, so the business must provide training to workers to use and maintain machinery, leading to job enrichment. This also increases employee motivation and may improve efficiency/productivity within the workplace.
No, the way technology has changed does not benefit all employees, as unemployment may rise as machinery/robots are replacing workers in the factory floor, which makes it difficult to look for newer jobs or retain their current jobs. Additionally, workers may be unhappy with the changes in the workplace, so they might feel demotivated, reducing efficiency.
In my opinion, the change in technology does not benefit all employees, as it makes employees vulnerable in their jobs, especially jobs in factories/low-skill jobs
