2.4 Internal and External Communication

YOUR ANSWER
Meetings can allow information to be passed quickly to the part-time employees since they are not always around, which can reduce wastage of materials. They also provide opportunities for feedback and two-way communication, which would help in knowing whether the business is achieving its objectives. However, since they are part-time workers, they might not be around too often and might miss these meetings.
On the other hand, text messages can assist part-time workers by providing information about what is happening when they are not around, updating them. This can increase efficiency and utilization of the limited resources. Text messages also provide a permanent record, so they would be able to look back on it if they forget. Again, this allows efficient utilization of resources.
In conclusion, I suggest the use of text messages is more suitable for part-time workers because they might forget what the message was about and easily go back to it, unlike meetings that don't serve as permanent records.
