Communication methods using IT will enable businesses to communicate instantly at anytime of the day. This would make placing orders with suppliers faster and can include detail information of the order in the email. Suppliers can provide feedback and get updates on the order quickly. However, some suppliers may not prefer to communicate through email. But as BCK aims to contribute towards sustainable development, communication based on IT would be the best way as it will help reduce error in orders, reducing waste and cost.
