She could use Secondary research will be low of cost, meaning she can use the extra money to lower her prices to get ahead of competition, or she could use focus groups which will give for detailed information which can help her make more informed decisions like wether to start a delivery service. So I think she should make use of focus groups as secondary research is available to all businesses which could be a competitive disadvantage.
