Part-time employees: Part time employees usually are not skilled enough like full time employees and there they can be hired at a relatively low cost of $300 per month each. This will reduce outflows for BW and improve his cashflow. Moreover Part-time employees have flexible workong hours and allow BW to call them in at work when orders for window cleanings are high, reducing unproductive time at work as they are called only when needed. Also Part-time employees do not have to be given fringe benefits like full
-time employees further saving costs to BW, and help to increase profits.

Full-time employees: Full-time employees usually only hold one job, making them more loyal to BW and reduce absenteism at work, and prevent any halts at work unlike part time employees who may be absent as they hold more than one job. Moreover Full-time employees may take more value in their job as full-time are considered as a career reducing labour turnover and them leaving jobs saving recruitment costs for BW to recruit new employees and saving time spent on recruitment. Also full-time employees have fixed and predictable working hours reducing planning and management required to plan working hours for employees unlime with part-time employees. This will save Bob time so he can focus on other important work.

Conclusion: In conclusion Bob should continue hiring more part-time workers as they are cheaper to employ. and as BW has few customers hiring full-time workers will be a waste of money as work they do will be less. Moreover full-time employees may not agree to working overtime and may ask for overtime payments unlike part-time employees who may like working more hours as the BW employee states on text message.
