YOUR ANSWER
(i) George is hard working:
To start off, he creates his own recipes which requires a lot of work. Also, the cafe is open for very long hours and he works as a sole trader so he has to manage everything by himself. Moreover, he has spent a lot of time for market research.
(ii) George is willing to take risks:
He invested a lot in the business and wasn't sure whether it would even succeed. Also, he is taking the risk to expand his business even tough he is already in a good position and is willing to invest a lot in it.
