yes I think its better because the exact information needed is collected so the produce will be made according to consumers demands so less chances of loss for business.
NO I think its not better because it could be very costly and time taking which is an expense for the business and secondary research helps qet info without paying
I conclude yes its better because primary research helps get information that is exactly needed for the business to produce a qood or service and secondary research is not as accurate as primary research because secondary research info is some other businesses into so may not be relevant.
