Job enrichment is the process of adding tasks with greater responsibility or difficulty to employees, this motivates them as it makes their work more interesting and rewarding. Profit sharing is when a percentage of profits are given to employees, this motivates them financially as they benefit directly from the company doing well. I think that profit sharing is a better way to motivate employees, as it not only motivates workers but fosters teamwork due to a shared goal of profits. I also believe this as Job enrichment doesn't financially motivate workers, and after a while the additional tasks will become less interesting, and cause their motivation to decrease.
