YOUR ANSWER

On the one hand, job enrichment would be a better way to motivate employees compared to profit sharing because it allows the company to develop the employee's skills as a result of making their work more challenging. This makes the workforce more flexible and able to stand in for missing employees without diminishing the company's performance.

On the other hand, profit sharing would be a better way to motivate employees than job enrichment because employees will become more productive to receive shared profit. As a result, the company will benefit from consistently larger output as well as better quality products and services.

In conclusion, profit sharing would be a better method of motivating employees compared to profit sharing because the financial benefits that the company will receive from a more productive and motivated workforce are far more significant to the company than the prevention of losses caused by days where certain employees are absent.
