Job enrichment is better. Profit sharing may be effective as it would provide more monetary compensation to the employees of CPK. However this is not effective as sports clubs, such as CPK, usually run on a subscription model, which means that profit from month to month will not change drastically. Furthermore, CPK's profit margin is already declining from 12% to 10% and profit sharing will only lower the amount of retained profit CPK keeps.

Therefore CPK should use job enrichment to motivate its workers. Using techniques such job rotation would help deal with the monotonous tasks an employee usually partakes in. Especially in CPK who offers a large variety of activities, there are many options to place employees to make sure that they always are doing a new task. Unlike Profit sharing, job enrichment does not reduce the retained profit obtained by CPK making it the better option.
