electronic comnication: by sending an email it will allow the directing manager to contact the 6500 employees about the change of stoping using coal very quickly, allowing a large number of receivers at the same time regardless of distance but it may risk loosing confidentiality by sending it to he wrong person. Aother way is oral communication, a meeting with all employees, this would allow discussion and a more personal approach to adapt complex language to the people that have doubts but there are so many employees the message might not be listened by some because of the noise. This is why, I think electronic communication is best for this, allowing fast communication for the whole workforce.
