Internal communication is between members of the same organisation. You can use a noticeboard and share the information on the notice board as an example of one way communication which can include visuals to give the recievers or the employees a better understanding on the idea of the information the organisations trying to give. However u can also do a meeting which u can include employees and share graphs and explain them which can be an example of 2 way communication which will include sharinng thoughts and clarifying douts if neccesary. However I prefer using a noticeboard since it’s a large business it may not be practical to include all the staff in a meeting.
