Internal communication refers to the communication between members of the same organization. One way, the managing director could use to deliver messages is by using electronic forms of communication e.g. Emails, Meetings. This way the managing director could create a channel in which all 6500 workers are present and upload the important messages. This will not only be a form of effective communication but it will also be convenient for the business. Another way, the business can use is by creating a staff portal and give each staff their own secure username and password. This way if any important information needs to be passed down to all employees the managing director could just send messages, and each employee would get a notification on their panel. I believe the managing director should go for delivering messages via electronic forms of communication. As, this type of communication will be beneficial for the business since each employee would be informed of what is going on the business. Also, this is a cheaper alternative compared to buying 6500 accounts.
