quality assurance spots errors earlier in the production proccess so less time and money is spent on reworks however, traing is needed for all employees which could increase training costs. On the other hand , quality control doesnts reuire continous checking and therefore doesnt slow down the porccess as some output is always available but this could mean bad products that are made can be sent to customers thus ruining the business' reputation. so although quality assurance has higher training costs , it is still better as quality is checked at all times and is important for a business like BCZ .
