They can use Job rotation, which is when workers swap around doing specific jobs for a limited amount of time, this would lead to increased motivation, as work would be more interesting and rewarding as its different. They can also train there employees, which is where employees knowledge and skills are improved upon to enable them to do their jobs better, this could improve motivation as it gives them a sense of achievement, and allows them to do more difficult and rewarding work. I think training employees is better than using job rotation as Job rotation is only for a limited time, and those tasks can become routine and boring whereas training is permanent and enable employees to work more and better.
