Job enrichment expands the task to an employees job. Job enrichment ensures that employees will not get bored, however some employees may view it as an extra burden to their work as they will be given tasks they did not sign up for. Profit sharing is when an employee gets a percentage of the companies profits. This will cause employees to work harder as if they get more profit from the companies, their share of profit will be high as well. A business should pick profit sharing as although the profits may be unpredictable, the company is able to keep its employees long term as there is greater loyalty to the company
