giving financial help or grants to business may increase the availability of finance and hellp reduce the cost of production of business which increases the profit earned . the high profit could be reinvested in business and help to achieve its objective. but government may give help in non monetory terms such as tax incentives .this way gareths major problem would be solved and more finance would be left to business allowing it to use for investment in market research useful to gareth so its is more important. government may give grants but it might not be useful if expense of a startup are too high and a startup might have no knowledge of how to utilize the funds of business and result in poor decision making.
