problems with reciever/sender, poorly disciplined workers dont pass the message on. a manage tells a supervisor his teem has to produce 400 of the 1500000 wooden bookcases and he doesn't pass the information on to his employees, causing incomplete tasks.
problems with the physical environment, during the meetings conducted, there is too much noise and other employees are unable to listen to message properly.
