Yes,I think Sachin should delegate some tasks to employees.While employees may not have the skills needed to follow out some tasks this could lead to mistakes.This could also lead to an increased cost of training for Sachin, decreasing some of his profit
However letting the employees do a few of the smaller tasks will get Sachin focus on more important tasks and this will make it easier for him to manage his business.This will also help in increasing employee motivation which will lead to the employees working for efficiently.This can motivate them to work harder which could lead them to produce more hats which can increase sales and profits for Sachin.
